International students can apply for the Taiwan Scholarship, which is granted by the government through a Taiwan Overseas Mission before they arrive in Taiwan.

Scholarship granted by Kaohsiung City Government

International students can apply for the Kaohsiung City International Student Scholarship in May, which is granted to students who are active in cultural exchange or social service activities.  Students in any other scholarship programs are disqualified from applying.
